The truck was clean and operational. However, the moving blankets I paid for were disgusting. They came in a sealed bag, so I thought I was getting a clean product. That was not the case. The blankets were damp, visibly dirty and had a terrible smell. All in all, my experience was good, but U-Haul needs to do better with cleaning their products properly before loaning them out to customers.

The U Haul Clementon location was great to use. The office is very welcoming as are the staff we dealt with both in person and on the phone. There’s also a very large selection of vehicles to choose from and if we needed to rent another vehicle in the future we’d definitely be choosing this location again.

I’ve always loved using in town rental with flat rates and some mileage included. But now, the rates for the rental truck for local purposes is absolutely ridiculous. $2 per mile??? I rented for 4 hours and estimated 20 miles, returned the equipment early and left some extra gas in the tank. They round up at U-Haul when they charge you but round down when it comes to fuel level lol.
