Honestly use them at your own risk. We booked a 10ft truck with them over 2 months ago as we were moving houses in another province and we could drop the truck back at a local store. Called 2 days before to confirm all was still ok and told it was and we would be called the next day with an allocated truck. When they called the next day we were told there were no 10ft available and only a 26ft which was completely unacceptable. "YOU AGREED" Imagine booking a truck and auto-transporter to bring our prize possession car from Charlottetown to Ontario.... and then at the last minute, U-HAUL says... nope, no truck. We booked our truck and trailer... we booked our flights and then 18hours before our flight, we get a call saying "there aren't any trucks on the island. So no truck for you tomorrow!.
