Useless staff, place is a junk yard, terrible experience all around. Anyone considering uhaul should exhaust all other options before hand. You won’t regret going somewhere else!

it was a heavy snowy day and the van which was provided had just all-season tires. On the very day i was stuck in the snow, While i called Uhaul regarding this the lady who picked the phone up was laughing at my situation and said Uhaul couldn't help me because I didn't select a safe trip option (which wasn't provided) Later then I had to call my friend who had a truck and give him some cash for his trouble. This is the first time and I am very disappointed in future I will never get uhaul services.
It was a quick and friendly experience.
