Was really hesitant with renting a truck, but my husband and I took the chance. You will not be disappointed. I was disappointed when I had to return the rental!
Worst location to deal with I have rented a 15’ truck Sunday Aug 16, 2026 and since it’s close to closing time someone assisted me via phone with instructions in picking up after hours, I was given the code for the lock and pick up was smooth. We’ve used the truck in setting up for the festival that coming weekend, Festival was done Sunday Aug 23 time to undo all festival set up thinking we might need the truck till Wednesday to give us time so I stopped by the office at 344 Dufferin to extend the rent. We had a really good experience at U-Haul dufferin guy name lovepreet I'm about to say we were really happy with the survice he went above and beyond to comply to a request I highly recommend this guy and definitely needs a raise
Tells me to go to brandon to pick up my truck to ship my stuff to thompson.... just saying. What a load of stupidity but they will give me storage for a month free ?????? So dumb
