It was my first time renting a truck and all were very easy and intuitive. Excellent customer service who helped me to resolve a little issue in the app. I'll recommend to my friends.
This facility has a mouse problem. In the 3 years I have been using the facility, I have noticed that most days I go in there, the place smells like mice urine. Some days it's overwhelming to my family and me. I have seen a few people in the hall going through their stuff and asking what was going on; they share mouse problems.
