U-Haul is hands down one of the most incompetent, careless, and disgracefully run companies I’ve ever dealt with. I made a reservation in good faith, and they CANCELLED it at the last minute with zero notice, no explanation, and no apology. Because of their total failure to deliver on a basic service, I missed my flight, spent hundreds on emergency hotel stays, and had to completely rearrange my plans — all out of pocket. And U-Haul? This company is an absolute disaster. I booked a reservation in advance, and U-Haul cancelled it without any warning, apology, or explanation. No backup options, no help — just silence. Because of their incompetence, I missed my flight, had to spend money on last-minute hotels, and completely rearrange my plans at my own expense. No good approach and I am not satisfied with the service.I rented the car for 2 days I took it 3:53 p.m and the time I should return after two days at 3:53 p.m but they rushed me to bring at 3:30 p.m , they called while I am driving on my way to their storage . And they try to charge me for as they charged per day for 5 minutes late. That is not fair.
