Not to happy with my experience with uhaul. Just from the get go in turo NS. Sales guy mis informed me and didn't tell me all of my options. The drop of location in st.cathrins vine S.t was a joke. No customer service ( just a bunch of clowns) I called customer service and I had Jen and she wasn't very helpful just liked to argue with me. And she just talked around in circles, she was rude and not professional by just hanging up the phone on me I will never use uhaule ever again.
The manager and customer service staff was quick and efficient. Always have had a great experience at this location on Vine Street in St Catharines Ontario Canada. Keep up the good work
