Very happy with the service, trucks are in good condition, and the staff is very nice. They checked the truck for something I forgot and held it for me while I drove back :) reliable staff and good security system as well, lots of cameras etc.
I would never recommend this location the girl at the counter smelled sooo bad like she hadn’t showered in years I could hardly breathe and then I saw rats throughout the storage facility during the day !!!! When my partner brought it up they just told her not to store anything that will attract them !! Clearly you have a big problem the ceilings falling down and you can hear all the rats don’t rent storage here !
Worst experience I could ever imagine I can’t wait to take these clowns to court and see what happens. Everyone I dealt with was so unprofessional I have no clue how they represent such a large corporation. Mj Schmidt seems like she doesn’t even read emails prior to responding…. Also my ubox after finally receiving it was so destroyed whoever put it together needs some help with very basic construction.
