This Uhaul location is great! I called to see if I could move the date up a day~ they didn't have any trailers available. A few hours later, Bethany called and said one was coming in ~~ Excellent, friendly, helpful customer service.

This has been the most unpleasant moving experience I have ever had. I bought a hitch from this location and when I went to pick it up, James pointed to the pile of equipment and hitch on the floor, telling me it was all there and good for pickup, then walking out of the store. I chose to have a friend install the hitch, and when he went to do so, he found that none of the bolts and fish wire were given to me to properly install and secure the hitch. Helpful staff and quick service. We dropped off a tow dolly here but during our trip the chain holding our car on the equipment got twisted and our car was stuck. The employee who helped us managed to cut the chain off at no cost to us and was very accommodating!
