Disgusting customer service! I simply came in to the counter to see if I had to check in or pick up my lock for my storage unit. I was greeted by some guy who was so unprofessional and talked down to me the entire conversation. I have never been talked to like that before and I’m just surprised it happened in Lincolnshire of all the places. I urge anyone with moving or storage needs to look elsewhere!
