We picked up our U-Haul truck and trailer elsewhere and had significant concerns about the security of the connections and received no assistance. We were passing by this centre and pulled in to ask for help. In the pouring rain, Brad volunteered 15 minutes helping us troubleshoot the way the chains laid under our vehicle and ensured that we were safe to resume our 1,000 km drive. He went above and beyond his duties and responsibilities and we are very grateful for his help.
