Katie, the manager and owner of this location, provided 10/10 customer service. She was incredibly kind and helpful.
Very convenient
This location did an excellent job. Pickup was smooth and quick. However, this was not the location that I selected when I made my reservation. I made my reservation in April for a location that was more convenient. The day before my pick up, U-Haul changed my reservation to pick up at the above location. That change caused an extra 40 minutes drive time, additional mileage and extra tolls. When I raised this to their management, they took prompt action to make the situation right. Katie is an amazing and beautiful soul!! I always see her in different roles whether it's cleaning the units, trucks, or just smiling and offering friendly small talk. I am going to miss her energy and amazing attentiveness to her customer's needs. Thank you Katie for making my experience renting with you guys amazing. You are some kind of wonderful. Peace and light....I moved out so I had to leave about my move out experience.
