I called yesterday to get assistance with my storage and the someone named Teal answered the phone and said she was assisting people and I had to wait for someone else who was assisting people. She in fact was not assisting anyone and the person she sent was handling 4 people before he even was able to help me. She should have came out and assisted instead of having me wait well over 10 mins for help. Renting a truck for long distance moving. Exceptional customer service at the Bridgeton N.J. location. Easy to reserve on on the phone or on line. Very courteous & professional. Very reasonable pricing that took the sting out of moving. I will recommend to everyone to consider UHaul Bridgeton, when moving, storage or just truck or trailer rental is needed. Terry went above and beyond for my move to Nashville!! I was coming in for a hitch install and we got talking. I booked a trailer online, well the place I booked does not even do them. She called all around and found me one right away to go get! I am so thankful for her courtesy and extra care she gave me. I woulda have been totally screwed when I went to pick Up the trailer as I already hired movers. I cannot thank her enough!!
All the employees were helpful and respectful and had wonderful manners. They help you figure out exactly what size vehicle you need and what accessories you do or don't have and you might need and have pretty much everything there you could use.
The manager who assisted us was very friendly and gave us a great customer service experience. The vehicle we asked for was clean, well maintained, and ready. Also, no hidden charges or fees.
