My experience was terrible at this location I had booked about two weeks prior and received an email the day before pick up that everything was ready. I arrived about 45 minutes early to get the truck but it wasn't there. I didn't have a car so I had to call an Uber driver. They sent me to another location 20 minutes away. This was so ridiculous an inconvenience. I hope no one else experience this terrible service.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The trucks are always clean and tidy!
The representatives welcomed me when I walked in, they were efficient, polite, and professional. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. Check in on return was smooth and easy. Absolutely will rent here again!
My brother and I came to this location after what can only be described as the U-Haul day from hell. The U-Haul system was down, my reservations kept getting canceled, and I spent hours dealing with a reservation processing issues. I was stuck with a packed apartment family who drove 4hrs to help me move and no truck. Oh! and on my birthday weekend. Everyone was great at the store. I’m going to stop using the app though, all the sales stuff at the end is annoying. Just want to rent the trailer, because of that I would rent elsewhere if I had that option.
