DO NOT BOOK U-HAUL FOR A ONE WAY MOVE! You are NOT guaranteed a truck. Your reservation for a specific date and time apparently means nothing at all. I was called 12 hours before my pick up time and told they had no trucks in the state of North Dakota for me and I would have to travel out of state if I wanted a truck this week or wait 30 days for the next truck.
