One of the nicest experience I've ever had renting a truck. The staff are super knowledgeable. Very professional, yet friendly.
Very nice staff
Absolutely rude IMPATIENT and condescending. Took me almost 2 hours to make my reservation with uhaul customer service. Was told I still had to go to the location to reserve the unit even after my reservations were rendered and credit card was given. The alum Creek location refused to help me as they were having a bad morning. I had to call the president of marketing to get it resolved. I hate having to use U-Haul
