I had a horrible experience. The truck that I reserved was not there. The lady I talked with was very nasty. She told me that she should have checked the reservation earlier that day but she was too busy!! I picked up at 1 in the afternoon and she was eating lunch when I arrived. I was directed to another location that had what I needed. I was supposed to be moving and instead I was driving around trying to find a truck
I lost my wallet while moving and informed the company that I had to have my credit cards reissued so my payment would be a few days late. I recieved no reply and when I arrived with a load of my belongings, hauled from 4 hours away, they had locked me out. I was only 3 days late. Ironically, I had also paid them that day, but it was right after the office closed. I had to rent a different storage facility to unload. Wanting payment and a late fee, I understand.
