This branch will not allow you to reserve a cargo van or pickup truck without a credit card, even if your debit is Mastercard or Visa. Nevermind the fact that you pay for a storage unit at the same location with a debit card. Go to Parsons instead, they will let you use a debit card.
Absolutely rude staff. Nobody knows what they are doing and will give you 3 different answers to one question and then scream at you when you do the wrong one.
i was able to get my truck but the customer service was horrible very rude.
Newton was very friendly, helpful, and quick while thorough. Will def come back to this facility next time!
Was able to rent a cargo van same day. The lady helping us was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the instructions for returning the van after hours was not very clear. It kept saying to scan the qr code, but that didn't do anything but pull up the app. It wasn't until I went to a specific link that was by the front door (not where you drop off the uhaul) that I was able to complete the return.
