When I dropped off my rental truck. The young lady was so understanding. I appreciate customer service. She could of not showed me any customer service but she did. Thank you again for understanding and being a good person. This was yesterday 8/9/25 at around 6:30 pm.

Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Staff Member I’ve rented from this location multiple times and never had an issue until today. One of the employees was kindly helping me rent a trailer using the app (as I always do), and everything was going smoothly—my information and payment method were already on file.
