Always Excellent service! I’m a Realtor and I rent trailers and trucks at this location all of the time to help sellers move things and to move my staging furniture and furnishings in and out of homes. I also love that they have all of the boxes and supplies that you could ever need and that they have those “last minute” items that I could potentially forget about, right at the check out. Thanks!
Terrible man, insulting,mean, unprofessional. Told us we didn't have a reservation when we did. Drove 40 miles to another U-Haul. They seen our reservation were wonderful. Said they had complaints about Baraboo Wi U-Haul being rude,mean and unprofessional.
