They had the truck up front, running/heating up, and ready to go when I arrived. Very easy checkout!
When we arrived to drop the truck off the person came out to greet us and check the vehicle in. She listened to and took note of the poor condition that I had received the truck in, broken mirror and bad windshield wipers. She provided great customer service, very concerned about safety and the customer.
