By far the staff at this pineville nc location (Lancaster Highway) outshines, outworks, outperforms ANY other rental truck location or brand. Including Penske, Home Depot, Lowe’s, even other uhauls!! This TEAM is always professional, competent and pleasant—they set the standard for employees at any kind of customer-facing business (I’m a former company owner). And I don’t see turnover! I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews because my experience today was nothing short of amazing from very friendly and helpful Uhaul personnell. First off Jamal was super nice. There was even a customer behind me that got upset with him but he was so cool about it. Also Denzel, He is so helpful and friendly. I was nervous about the auto transporter and he was very patient with me. The young lady at the desk with the beautiful smile, also was very bubbly and kind. I have had storage units here for several years, as I downsized and dispersed my parents' possessions to their heirs. The facility is clean and feels safe. The public restroom could be cleaner. Turning left to go to the Foxhole Recycling Center or Goodwill - Ballantyne can be difficult because it is close to a curve, and often rental trucks are parked where the trucks block your view of oncoming traffic.
Gave us advice for helping and took care of us. They made our move much easier. Thanks guys
Good. everything is great. but there is a remark in the software. too long and you need to go through a lot to get a car. simplify the application. thank you
