Excellent service from Bobby. He was professional, courteous, and attentive. Despite system issues, he remained focused on helping and never made me feel rushed or ignored. He deserves the highest rating.
I believe the man's name is Bobby, I witnessed him juggling multiple jobs with grace, trying to help several customers that needed to enter the gate, return vehicles, rent vehicles, etc, as the companies servers were down. He busted his butt to try to get everyone taken care of somehow. He was just as attentive when I came by the next day. If hes not the boss, someone needs to either give him a raise or a promotion. My 5 stars are for him and him alone.
