We tried extending our rental but the office was closed so we went on the spp and tried to extend our rental 1 day it wouldn't let us so we opened the chat for haelp but when we tried the chat the person texted that they were pulling up our rental and said to wait but 30 minutes went by so we tried again and nobody came back twice in a row so in the morning we called but no answer but I did receive an email that said they were calling the police because we stole the truck. Joe was amazing! I was having difficulties with my movers and decided to call the store directly. I gave Joe the background details and he handled everything so professionally and discreetly. He kept me on the phone with the movers, they were aware of this, while making the arrangements. It was quite the process! Everything from the movers changing the names of who would be the designated driver, whether they had a credit card that would work, which was declined a few times, and then organizing the return date and time.
