We rented a Uhaul from Carbondale, IL to move our son to Aurora. We were staying overnight and couldn't find anywhere to park our truck with the trailer. We called and explained our situation and they let us park the trailer there for the night. They didn't have to let us do that but were more than willing to help us out. The staff we dealt with were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them!
They’re all mechanics here so you know the equipment is well taken care of. I rented a small 5 x 8 trailer and the owner came out and explained everything thoroughly to me. This is the first time I rented a trailer. Time and it was a long time and he explained absolutely everything. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this Specific UH haul store.
The Lake St location in Aurora,IL is absolutely amazing. Made everything so easy and explained all details so there were no issues picking up or dropping off. They are the best.
David Walters and Bob Hasty have always been amazing and incredibly helpful with all of my moving needs. Highly recommend these guys and this center for anything you need moving wise!
