The truck looked brand new even though it had 60k miles. Very clean!
They make it very easy to make a reservation and even pick up or return after hours. Makes it so easy. They also always have availability and easy to use website to make a reservation. I returned my van early so returned it to an employee and she was very professional and worked quickly to get my invoice processed.
I had the greatest experience with this one way U-Haul from start to finish. I had to keep my trailer an extra week and only Got charged an extra 60. I had to call customer service multiple times for extensions and every single person. I spoke to is extremely kind. I even got a free of storage and I changed my drop off location at the last minute.
