This location has amazing employees that genuinely care about the customer. I called and talked to multiple customer service reps who promised me a truck that wasn’t available and no one could help me find a truck in 3 different states. I finally went to U-Haul in Ammon, ID and Brianna Patterson and Russel went above and beyond. I worked primarily with Brianna Patterson and she certainly needs a raise, bonus or both.
