This location has amazing employees that genuinely care about the customer. I called and talked to multiple customer service reps who promised me a truck that wasn’t available and no one could help me find a truck in 3 different states. I finally went to U-Haul in Ammon, ID and Brianna Patterson and Russel went above and beyond. I worked primarily with Brianna Patterson and she certainly needs a raise, bonus or both. This place has always been laid back. They keep the building super clean and organized. The location is great for Idaho falls, and Ammon especially. The parking lot is HUGE, with many entrances, on all sides of the building and parking lot.
