great service. Helped back me up, assisted with securing the trailer. Answered all questions/ concerns and even asked his own questions to ensure I understood. Michael S. was a huge help & a valued asset to your organization. He even helped secure the hitch. 10/10 service, job well done.
I had a great experience at this location. I was disappointed with the bad customer service I got from Uhaul around my previous reservation and after explaining that to the guy helping me, he wanted to make it right. Jacob was super great. Very knowledgeable and patient while asking him a thousand questions. Would instantly go back here again. If you leave in the Alton area, don't reserve online or call customer service, just go see these guys.
Excellent location, very easy to access and navigate the spacious parking lot. Extremely courteous and helpful staff assisted with return process. Previously used a different location in-town but will be switching to this one for future rentals!
