The customer service at the Alsip location is exceptional. I always have a great experience.
Horrible service. Manager montell Smith was horrible. Told me he don’t care I’m pregnant I can’t sit. Then did my whole reservation knowing I was looking for storage. Processed me in and I didn’t get the first month free because it wasn’t any storage. I had to get storage a whole new place. Just awful
