Reserved a car hauler only to be told at 6pm pm the day prior that someone else has it so they wanted me to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get another car hauler. Online it was said it was guaranteed. Whole car deal fell through due to this. I can go online and it still says they have car haulers available and they are guaranteed for tomorrow yet they don't have one available for me? Ridiculous and unprofessional.
The trailers aren’t perfectly clean, but they also aren’t annoying in making you clean them or charging you for cleaning them. I like it this way. Also the staff are friendly.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I made separate reservations for a 26' moving truck/auto hauler and UBox Containers. When picking up the 26' moving truck from a 24x7 facility, I was told by Uhaul to simply use the app to pick up the truck, it was an easy process, etc. The mobile app did not provide an option to pick up the truck, so I had to wait over an hour at a Uhaul facility just to speak with a Uhaul rep - about another hour later, Uhaul was able to make changes on their side to make the mobile app show the option... read more
Ms Anna is awesome she made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and the other lady did also... I forgot her name but they were great in helping me with my rental
