Great service! Very Professional! Clean Facilities and Amazing Managing staff at both Clack locations! I was able to rent a new clean pick up truck and to get my storage container filled at the new Abilene Uhaul location and was back home at home for lunch! It was an easy process. No stress and excellent service for low cost with quality service and peace of mind!! Love Ya'll U-Haul!!! 😊
Reserved a car hauler only to be told at 6pm pm the day prior that someone else has it so they wanted me to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get another car hauler. Online it was said it was guaranteed. Whole car deal fell through due to this. I can go online and it still says they have car haulers available and they are guaranteed for tomorrow yet they don't have one available for me? Ridiculous and unprofessional.
The trailers aren’t perfectly clean, but they also aren’t annoying in making you clean them or charging you for cleaning them. I like it this way. Also the staff are friendly.
