The staff were so helpful and friendly! They made a difficult job of moving go much easier! I couldn't be more grateful! The gentleman scraped all the ice off my windows and made sure the blades were in working order. He went above and beyond! Thank you for everything!!
Please see photos for state of facility. It’s always like this. Also, there are four loading bays, one door has been broken since I got this unit on October. It can get busy on weekends so you may have to wait to be able to get in. Since renting this unit, I have seen people coming and going on bicycles, Some piggybacking after you unlock the door. The owner assisted me and another younger guy. Both were extremely helpful and friendly. The check in and out process of the equipment was flawless and very easy. I thank you for your help in my moving process! Definitely would recommend to anyone!!!!
