Our battery died in the parking lot and Marquesha stopped to make sure everyone was okay, came back over and jumped the car. The nicest woman she went above and beyond!!!
Showed up at 640 for propane. Pressed the button, waited 5 mins, pressed again. they said the pump is “closed”. What a joke.
Clean trucks w/ patient friendly staff. Prices are good as well. Worth it for me.
Ive had ok experiences here in the past and been able to avoid the staff but today i was informed there was no van available for the reservation i set days ago. Customer service over the phone and the staff at the counter essentially said they didn’t have a van and couldn’t do anything so i would need to go across town to get a van and make a new rental. HORRIBLE experience. Do not use if you’re moving far distances. 1200 mi move, gave us a truck w rust and nearly 200k mi on it…the muffler completely broke halfway through the trip. Roadside assistance had to come meet us twice with no effective repairs made so we had to breathe in exhaust and couldn’t hear anything because it was so loud, even the radio at its highest volume was completely drowned out.
