Thank you for the great A+ service!!! Every team member at this location goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant customer experience. I commend the team for keeping the location clean and orderly and for keeping the facilities neat and organized. I definitely believe this to be the best U-Haul location in Richmond and always have a pleasant experience.
Another great experience at this Uhaul. Attentive and very organized. Might sound weird for someone to be loyal to a specific Uhaul location - but here I am. The difference in quality makes a difference in experience and for that I am grateful.
Horrible workers with attitude and as of doing you a favor. I hope they will bankrupt. Management doesn’t care at all.
