This is the absolute worst U-Haul location. They are slow, they are rude, they are dishonest. Use any other location besides this one.
The equipment I reserved was not available when I showed up. I had 24 moving blankets and the person at the front desk told me there were none. There was a rack full of moving blankets right next to the door. Another customer pointed at them, said "but nobody is using those, can I take those?" and the front desk worker said "sure." ?????
