Easy and fast. I booked through the app and had very little employee interaction other than to get the key and dolly but through the app you skip the line and they handled everything you your key right away. Highly recommend booking through the app

I’ve had my storage unit for a few months now and I haven’t had any issues, they’ve made real improvements from the last gm. The manager Kashon was great and helped me with my rental and Aaron also was a big help. Definitely will be renting again.
