My girlfriend came in to rent a u-haul today, unfortunately i was unable to be present. However she told me that Dare and Holli took extremly good care of her. They were very swift and well organized. She couldnt have asked for a better experience. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THANK YOU GUYS !
Dare was very amazing he worked three counters at once and still had me out In minutes. Holli was also very attentive and energetic
From the phone agent that took our call and made registration to the counter agent who provided excellent service and upsell options - our experience was exceptional
They won't want to go when Tameka is working, she's only there to receive or deliver keys, for nothing else, she doesn't help you make reservations or make them, and I won't talk about how badly she is! Too bad I only have this U-Haul left near my house 1 month or 2 ago we didn't have this problem, with the other girls who worked there.
Thus place was understaffed and had poor service.
