Good luck with your reservation! U-Haul's rental policy is structured to make them money at the cost of your stress. Two days before a cross-country move, they informed us we'd have to drive an hour south to get the car trailer we reserved, instead of picking it up in town. The day of the move, they informed us they don't have the furniture dolly we reserved. Your reservation is imaginary and they just take your reservation and hope they have the equipment. How convenient is that! I hope your moving plans are flexible...

Taylor was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me. I had to travel further than I needed to pick up my truck and had a horrible experience with customer service the day before pick up and was promised a discount which was not on my account. Taylor made sure it was fixed and was so friendly and helpful. She single-handedly saved my U-Haul experience.
