I love coming to this location ! The GM here always greets me, Jauan or Jaun is always there to help. If you ever need anything ask for him and he’ll point you in the right direction. Whether it’s what kind of box to get for an awkward shaped art piece, down to the size of the truck , supplies , and confidence to now drive a truck I was too afraid to approach. AMAZING STAFF!!! Manager Jauan was SUPER EFFICIENT and friendly. He was so empathetic to my needs. I came in with NO reservation on a busy weekend LOOKIN FOR A MIRACLE, by the end of our interaction it seemed like he became apart of the family. Uhaul is lucky to have such great staff ran under him. Highly recommended just off him alone. (I have never seen a store so busy).
Staff is amazing Taylor was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed. GM came in and sealed the deal when he helped me with my truck and understanding the best way to pack it. Overall great experience. It’s nice to see people have great customer service in a world where there is no kindness left.
Worst experience with Uhaul I’ve ever encountered. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I tired to book a uhaul online that would allow a different drop off location, but it wasn’t an option. We got to the store and asked the attendant if we could update the rental to drop off in Jeff City. He was on his personal phone while assisting us and also told us he would update the reservation so we would be able to drop off the Uhaul in Jeff City.
