Horrible service.
I've rented local trucks from here a few times over the years, and I've always had a good experience. Either everything goes smoothly, or their staff works with me to solve the problem(s). For example, the last time I rented, I asked for a pickup truck and utility trailer. U-Haul's website says you can tow U-Haul trailers with U-Haul pickup trucks, but this branch leases their pickups and doesn't allow towing.
