Taylor was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me. I had to travel further than I needed to pick up my truck and had a horrible experience with customer service the day before pick up and was promised a discount which was not on my account. Taylor made sure it was fixed and was so friendly and helpful. She single-handedly saved my U-Haul experience.

I love coming to this location ! The GM here always greets me, Jauan or Jaun is always there to help. If you ever need anything ask for him and he’ll point you in the right direction. Whether it’s what kind of box to get for an awkward shaped art piece, down to the size of the truck , supplies , and confidence to now drive a truck I was too afraid to approach.
