The amount of rodents at this U-Haul storage location is beyond me. I cannot tell you how many dead mice I’ve seen laying in the hallway in the few years we’ve been here. This is our second time having rodents in our storage unit, which is heartbreaking when you keep important belongings in there. Not only is there a rodent issue, the staff isn’t very helpful. Waited 45 mins in line 37 weeks pregnant for all cashiers to walk away and take a break together. I mentioned I was next and they said they couldn’t help me because it wasn’t their station. I just needed to rent a small trailer for the day.
