RENTERS BEWARE THE OPEN GAS LID!!!! We picked our truck up, guy wouldn’t go out with us to do a survey of the truck, noticed our truck’s gas lid was left open. We closed it, thought nothing of it. Came to turn the truck in, then they tell us we’re way lower in gas than last recorded, which isn’t true at all, but because the guy wouldn’t come check the truck at our pick up location, it wasn’t updated. Number one Uhual place I Sacramento. They always have a truck available. A giant inventory of trucks that are clean and ready to go. The young man, Safif at the front desk. Always smiling in a great mood and goes out of the way. The amount of effort and how much he cares is admirable. Also the main lady in charge, Courtney. Everytime I’ve been there, she is always welcoming and always makes the process the easiest and efficient way to help solve your problems.
