Do you LOVE wasting your time!? This is the spot baby! Made an appointment for a receiver install and when I arrived was told “today the hitch guy is off”. Yay! This was all after the Lady at the front took a full three minutes to acknowledge my presence as the only patron at the facility as she continued her conversation. Yes, even though she watched me walk in the front door and was standing all of 6 ft away. Wonderfully horrible establishment.
Great overall experience! Quick and easy check in and after hours drop off. Quick receipt of invoice. The manager allowed me to rent a U-Haul, to haul set pieces for my three daughter’s ballet productions. I have always had an excellent overall experience. Excellent Service!!!
I’ve never seen so many do so much to do so little. 4 people sitting at windows, I’m in the line, and there’s a guy behind me not being helped by the other 3 employees. The one helping me, can’t be bothered to extend her elbow to hand me my driver’s license and credit card that she needed a couple times after not finding my reservation and not taking my order number which I offered to give her multiple times.
