I was told by the Assistant Manager that my card would not be ran again and it was. Then I called the Manager and she listened to the call and said she did hear the assistant manager say my card would not be ran again but said I’m still responsible so that’s why they ran it. I just moved here and have spent thousands with Uhaul over the years. This is bad business and I need my money back please and thank you! (You took my deposit for my water)
Bobbie K was the most helpful .. something like a miracle worker. Storage unit free for 30 days. With truck rental. Helped me transition for 2025. Bobbie helped me to keep my personal goal to not leave anything behind. Building was always clean and temp controlled. Staff was beyond helpful everytime I was on site and over the phone . They take the burden out off moving . Choosing this location I highly recommend. Thanks again Bobbie K for all you do!
