The staff at the Urbana U Haul were amazing. It could not have been better. They answered all our questions with knowledge and facts. I appreciated their help! The unexpected rental happened quickly. We received a call for help. We didn’t have many details so the staff helped us fill in the blanks and we were on our way. Thank you!!
Reserved a unit of a certain size. Was told on check in day - after 1 hour wait in line - that reservation doesn’t mean anything. So, paid for one that was too big and 3 times the cost. Came back to get contents 3 month later and boxes has be opened and contents moved. Avoid this place.
I placed a reservation almost a month ago of just simply one of their box units and had zero communication with them until less than a day prior of my rental that they cancelled my reservation. Literally threw my moving plans completely off and had to scramble to find willing friends able to take furniture piecemeal.
Staff went above and beyond to help me in time of crisis. Manager took personal timeout to help me with emergency situation. Very grateful for everything.
