If you overpay for gas, U-Haul should totally pay you back. It's tough to pump gas and keep an eye on the needle, especially since you have to turn off the engine at gas stations. That's something you guys should really look into.
Jae and his staff at the U-Haul in Urbana on Philo Rd in Urbana are awesome. Very courteous and customer service oriented. I recommend this location to everybody.
I have not been to such an organized U-Haul before. I am blown away. I've been to other locations and they do not treat you with such courtesy that I received at U-Haul at Southgate! From Jeremy confirming my reservation the following morning I reserved my truck, to the nice young man Sebastian who rented the truck to me everything felt effortless.
