I wrote the review below, but it seems the owner didn’t actually read it. He thanked me for having a great experience—likely just because I gave four stars. In reality, one employee was kind, but the other brushed off my concerns when inspecting the vehicle. The owner’s reply feels like a canned response that didn’t address my comments at all. Uhual - Sharon Road The vehicle I received had fleas/gnats all over the windshield. When I returned it, I brought this to the gentleman’s attention. He went out, inspected it, and brushed it off as “no big deal.” To me, it was a big deal—it was unpleasant and frankly disgusting. While I appreciated that he was kind and the young lady I worked with was terrific, I feel the situation was handled poorly. At the very least, I should have been offered a discount or some kind of consideration.
