Wish there was a lower rating than one star. I reserved a van to use for my business, gave them a credit card (which they would have charged if I hadn't picked it up) and even confirmed with them by phone that I was coming to pick it up. When I arrived I was informed that the manager had decided to rent my van out to someone else who was supposedly only going to be using it for an hour.
