It was my first time here and Tarun made the whole experience far better than I expected. He was professional, attentive, and went beyond what I imagined. Tarun definitely deserves a promotion for the way he handled everything. The place is clean and the team is responsive, 5 stars to everyone but Tarun, he deserves 6

I returned a long distance one way rental van here and was impressed with the efficiency of the return process.
I was amazed how good the customer service was at this location the young girls at the front desk were so polite and took their time on explaining all the prices and storage box rental fees even took us downstairs in the basement to show us the rooms. I definitely will be recommending this location to all my family and friends in need of storage space.
