The two young girls at the reception inside of the office were super efficient and helpful with all the details of rentals, also met two polite staffs upon returning the truck, still remember the name of one of them is Hemant.H, nice smile on his face, got all the inspections done within 30 secs. I Learned how to say “thanks” in Hindi to the girls who did great works at the reception. Would come back for sure! 5 stars overall.

None of the bookings I’ve made end up being booked. I can’t get my ubin. Frustrating beyond.
Unfortunately before I went I missed checking out the low rating of this U-Haul but adding to that I can tell why. Very unprofessional and disrespectful some. I didn’t get the name of the person I was dealing with but she seemed like the manager so I would stay away in general. She needs some customer service!
Pleasant experience From check in to check out. Although drop off after hours was a little confusing and could have been explained better. But it wasn’t difficult to figure out. Thx Uhaul
