no need to change anything. store is clean, parts for towing and moving supplies are neatly displayed, store staff is friendly and quite efficient. when we came to rent a van there was a line up of 6 or 7 people which they handled in stress free way.
I truly enjoyed the excellent service provided by the Front Desk team at the U-Haul office. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very efficient in handling the process. Their friendly approach and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The truck was in superb condition — clean, well-maintained, and ready on time.
