Returned a 10’ truck at around 2 PM after renting it at noon. I parked it on the premises and handed the key to reception, but the drop-off was not logged. I called at 2:45 PM, yet the rental was only closed at 5 PM. This raises a serious liability concern: if something had happened to the truck between 2 PM and 5 PM, who would have been responsible? Returned vehicles should be inspected and rentals closed promptly to protect both the customer and the company. Otherwise the experience was good.
Came to fill up propane take. Whole process took half and hour. Long lineups , only one person at cash. Waited a ridiculous amount of time. Never again
