The manager at this location is pretty good. I'd probably give a 5* if I'd worked with him from start to finish, but his staff ordered the wrong part off the bat.. still, he was professional, took accountability. He was transparent & kept an open line of communication through to the end of the U-Haul experience. I moved cross-country, so can't see why there'd ever be the necessity again, but I'd probably go back should it come to it

I had to clear the snow from the front and top of the truck. Aside from this inconvenience, the trucks were ready for use and solved my problem that day. Thank you.

I reserved a 20ft uhaul truck for my uncle moving for long distance 430 miles away Rochester NY to Boston MA. I frist reserved it for January 19th but i than had to reschedule due to a delay from him not getting the keys for his new place in Boston so I reschedule it for the 25th of January but on 22nd of January I was told that there was this big snow storm coming in around late 25th till evening of 26th so I had to once again reschedule the moving for 23rd to avoid the snow storm and some helper loading/ unloading not want... read more
