My experiences with this location have always been positive and this was no different. Getting a reservation and picking up the truck was painless and easy. The truck was very clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to drive. Drop off was easy. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. With moving being stressful enough, it’s really appreciated that the rental experience was so painless. Thank you!
Wish i could give ZERO STARS! Absolutely APPALLING Service from "Amber" at U-Haul Customer Care - Avoid at All Costs! I am beyond disgusted with the treatment I received from U-Haul customer care. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism and outright disrespect in my life. They were rude rite from beginning. The guy that hooks up truck started with me yesterday and now today I’m waiting an extra 30 minutes to get my $100 dollar deposit, he could of just handed it to me but no I ask him he said no and continued outside Now here I am waiting Very rude and disrespectful employees I will not be back to buy from the u haul in Norwood.
Karen the manger was amazing! She was super polite and respectful. She was very helpful.
Karen the manager was amazing. I had a flurry of questions regarding ordering a hitch for a bike rack trailer. She took the time to go over all my options. She even accommodated get me situated that very day. Her personality and commitment to service made it a wonderful experience.
