The staff is very helpful, hard working and pleasant.
I sent one of my staff here to pick up a trailer hitch we needed for an MPI claim, I called ahead, gave them the year make model and even the VIN. They said they'd order it in and call us when it arrives in 2 weeks. 4 weeks goes by no call. So I call, yep its here they said. I send my staff down to get it and they turned him away because it was, and yes im quoting "too hard to get out of stock, come back tomorrow". Terrible. Reserve the truck with Visa debit but cant rent with Visa debit. I go to Uhaul on Dawson rd and not a problem to rent with Visa debit.
