The 2 employees(with colored hair) that were at the reception today (Dec 2, 2025) around 4:45pm - 5:30pm lack professional etiquette, customer service was nonchalantly rendered. Imagine talking about how gross a customer that was on the phone is, just in the presence of another customer. Those 2 has to be trained properly, doesn't matter how many years of experience they have....... They ended up giving me another customer's receipt, who knows if mine would also be given to another customer. Gosh!!!
