Tried to rent a tow dolly and female csr with glasses was clueless. She said the system didn't allow it with vehicles given even after my daughter told her that she looked it up and it was possible... thanks Roy at Ed Carey for typing in the correct info and getting us on our way.
Easy to do whether with the app or in person. The truck was old but clean and reliable. They have just about everything you coul possibly need.
Set up an appointment to get a hitch put on my jeep. Waited more than 7 days just to be called the day before my appointment that they never ordered the parts. Made excuse after excuse and didn’t take no responsibility. Telling me to wait another 7 days and totally oblivious and didn’t even ask if I was moving which I was. Now I don’t have a hitch to get a trailer because someone at the office failed to order my parts. Incompetence at its worse. I won’t ever take any vehicle to them again. They are so poorly run.
