This is possibly the worst U-Haul experience I’ve had, they charge after hours which isn’t known on the website or the app, you have to pay so much for the mileage and extra fees that were not told when purchasing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Had a hitch installed very fast and professionally completed
Management was terrible!! Truck they rented me was not ready, battery died twice and I had to find someone to jumpstart it. Never again visit or use this location! No response from customer service either.
This has to go be the slowest uhaul I’ve ever seen in my life 30+ min here to pick up a trailer
When you go here make sure you have time to stand in line because they are slow trees grow faster than their services me and my mom stood in line for over an hour with only 3 people ahead of us make it make sense 😒
