Every time I am there line takes forever. I've bought several auction unit here and the staff seem to go through the auction units. Last few I've got from there don't add up too the photos and even told them that. They have horrible staffing and I would not trust too put any of my stuff in there facility known they got a team of thieves. Management allows there workers to steal from the auctioned/clientel storage units. Not to mention the bathrooms are in terrible condition. They got over 7 employees in that place!
Barb was super helpful in tracking down a coupler lock at a different location for us - thank you Barb! :)
They quickly and easily solved a problem created by another location. Very nice facility and store. EDIT: was told I wouldn't owe the extra mileage. That was a 500$ lie.
