The people who work there are very friendly, 100% recommended
This place looks great , but the up stairs is a joke. The elevator is about 3ft×4.5ft big .there own carts dont fit on it. I've done construction for years and I bet it's not up to code. I was trying to pull my cart out of it and the elevator jumped up about 5 inches with the door open. Someone's gonna get hurt

Renters Beware" I was just 100% discriminated against at this location by the Morning Manager. Booked a truck last night for today and when I went to pick it up even with the same credentials as everyone else Valid DL, credit cards etc. The manager said "no, you have an out of state License i'm not renting you the truck" that I clearly reserved. I could tell immediately he obviously did not like that I was white with tattoos. If I would have walked in with a pink shirt and blue hair it would have been mine. I called U-Haul a... read more
