Horrible!!!! Online return is a joke. Obviously doesn’t recognize the English language. Employees are a joke. I returned the truck before 7pm closing time but employees decided to close early because office was locked up. I returned the dolly with the truck but since nobody was there, I had to do online return which didn’t work. Trucks do not have a back lock therefore anybody is able to open the back and take anything in there which in my case was the dolly because I ended up getting charged $200 claiming that I didn’t retu... read more
New and sparkling clean. Friendly staff. Useful tools like push carts to easily move your boxes. Moving boxes for sale. All sizes of trucks and trailers for rent.
Nothing to improve. Have them see Mike, he's good at what he does.
Pick up and return processes were easy and quick. The truck was clean and had no issues.
They really try accommodate you, very pleasant employees.
