Understaffed, long wait
Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called as I was pulling up in hopes to save time by asking them to bring my Ubox outside while I drove around to its designated location (it was already scheduled to be taken down). They put me on hold, I went inside of the store front and both of the receptionist were literally talking and laughing. I said, “Hi I am currently on hold with you, can you please do what I just asked you to do over the phone?” Their response - “oh yes ma’am”.
Bad customer service and trucks, not road safe, yall are putting peoples lives in jeopardy.
Go to any other location but this. They owe us $459 + $29 they gave us a truck and we almost died and dont want to provide a refund?? Be careful.
Sold my neighbor a truck with issues be careful yall.
