Although I cannot remember the name of the well mannered, polite gentleman slim build with dreadlocks. His costumer service demeanor was superb. He was very professional, & patient. He acknowledged everyone as they walked in as well as those that called in. Very unprofessional. Told us we could not pick up our trailer we reserved (and drive hours to get) due to them not having a proper part used for the lights. Then told us they did not have them in store but we could go buy them ourselves. Did not tell us the part we needed until we asked. Also, put us on a hold immediately when we called to make sure exactly what part we needed before WE* purchased it (not busy inside while we were there minutes prior to the phone call).
