Guy manning the counter made everyone wait 15 minutes before he started helping anyone... 6 people in line by the time he got there. Not even an apology for the delay. Then when it finally got to me, he could not explain basic things about the process. Any time I asked him something he'd say: "I'm just doing my job." No... no, you're not or you would be able to answer simple questions. You'd know your job better if you were just doing your job. I would suggesting picking up from another location. It took just under an hour from walking in the door to pulling out on a Saturday. I did utilize the app to check in online as well before pickup. Service was good though and workers were nice.
Brian was Awesome! Very helpful. It was the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. It was fast, No hassle and easy to get a box truck without a reservation.
