I trusted U-Haul to assist with our move across the country and they were a complete disappointment. We will not use them again and don’t recommend them to anyone. They advised me it was safe to put a hitch on my suv to pull out cargo trailer 1100 miles and it was not safe to do so after I spent close to $400 getting the hitch put on.
