I would suggesting picking up from another location. It took just under an hour from walking in the door to pulling out on a Saturday. I did utilize the app to check in online as well before pickup. Service was good though and workers were nice.
Brian was Awesome! Very helpful. It was the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. It was fast, No hassle and easy to get a box truck without a reservation.
