I had a really frustrating experience with U-Haul. When I rented the unit, I was clearly told that we would have 24-hour access to the gate. However, when we came back later, we ended up getting locked inside because the facility was apparently closed. To make things worse, we even received a message saying the location was closed while we were stuck inside.
