Ms. Kris thanks for your knowledge and professionalism during our transaction great customer service..Ms. Kris is very professional, knows the in and outs she had everything under control it was a lot of customers in front of me she told me and everyone about the app we filled out our paperwork and got to the counter we were good to go..we were all walk-ins..she did a excellent job in serving all of us ..great customer service..
I was looking to rent a truck to help my daughter move, and two of my co-workers both recommended the U-Haul location on Lusher Road. Based on their recommendations, I reserved a 26-foot truck for July 18, 2026, with a pickup time of 7:30 a.m. When I arrived, Kris Washington informed me that I had accidentally made the reservation for the following Saturday, July 25.
