This is usually my go to Uhaul but I'm fed up! I go here to get my propane for my food truck, 9 times out of 10 I'm on a time crunch because I'm heading to an event. If Ms Chris isn't there the other employees have no urgency to help me I'm always having to wait for reasons that don't make any sense. I just left from up there, the guy that does the propane was helping a customer at the counter, i let him know i was there for propane he tells me he'll be out when he finish with the customer at the counter ok... he finish with... read more

The staff here were polite and respectful. They were knowledgeable about all the equipment there also have to mention the store was very clean.

If I could give more than five stars I would. My fiancé and I were stranded after our U-Haul‘s computer did not accurately know that we were in or out of park. While we were waiting for roadside assistance, the area field manager, Michael Ostrander had happened upon our U-Haul and helped us solve an issue that would’ve otherwise taken hours in several minutes. I cannot rate this place more highly in terms of friendliness, expediency, and professionalism.
