One star is one too many. Refuse to fill my propane tank because my vehicle did not meet recommend transportation guidance.
I have never experienced such a horrible experience with any U-Haul till this one in Como. I was helping out a family member who doesn’t feel comfortable driving a hitch nor doesn’t have a truck as he rents it he gets a call from the manager canceling the service, explaining the situation from his end, fine no argument. We go and try to rent the hitch on our name if it’s on our vehicle no problem.
