You rather store your things 15 miles away if this was the closest to you. I went to there and the door says I will be back in 30mins. I had rented a truck, I waited 2hours until it was about closing time because I didn’t want to loose my money for the truck I rented and no one showed up. I called customer service countless times and they all say they can’t reach the staffs nor the manager. I feel like crying right now because I don’t even have the money to return there. 😭
Easy to get there but one of the gates was messed up.
The manager here was a huge help! Her attitude was amazing and made stressful moving a breeze! Everybody was super friendly! Thank you!!
