Arrived to find a sign “back in 25 minutes” on the door. We waited. When no one came we tried calling. I ended up canceling my order and driving to another U-Haul location.
It was easy to start and stop! Also the whole time we had our stuff there, it all stayed in good condition! Couldn't ask for better! Great job!
