The service is horrible lack of customer service unprofessional don’t give out a discount Do not have the stuff ready for roadie. I was up there before the heavy rains started she didn’t even say hello I will be there after I helped the customer or ask me what I’m here for I had to pay extra for the cover for the tv box everything did get wet and when I dropped off I told the customer what happened.
The people were professional and worked together to help me with my needs.
Last week, I reserved a 5x9 trailer at the Conyers location. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, I was informed that they did not have a trailer available for me, despite my reservation. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since my family and I were scheduled to leave early the next morning at 5 AM.
