Cole was very helpful
At first I was very unhappy. After only about 10 min the trailer lights stopped working. I made an appointment to come back and have them look at it. They found the problem was actually something fried in my car. They replaced the component and redid whatever needed it and didn't charge me for anything....even though it was my car not anything they did wrong. So, obviously, very happy now.
Mgr. Loggins was confrontational, unprofessional when I asked for my $50 since trailer reserved was not at that location. Referred me to another location. I advised that $50 was what U haul guaranteed on-line. Mr. Loggins stated if I didn't like it, I could go get trailer elsewhere! Said it in a threatening voice.
Luke was great at getting us checked in...and when we brought the truck back it was good, too.
We fill up propane and the attendant said it took very little and won't charge us for it. Still took an effort and time but he insisted for us not to pay anything. What an amazing gesture by Uhaul. We've always impressed by these guys, the company and this particular location especially. We've been going back many times and will continue to use their services and highly recommend U haul services. A true American company with amazing people!
