I was charged a gas fee even though I filled the tank with more than the required amount at the gas station right next door. The gas cap was missing its handle, and I actually struggled to get it off. I mentioned this to the employee when returning the truck, but he implied that I had broken it, even though I have check-in photos showing it was already damaged.
