Good selection of items needed for moving.
Unfortunately UHaul company is the only company in kelowna that offers one way trip and as a result, do not expect a great service. I have already read all the negative reviews before renting a truck and I was hoping to have a better experience but it was a nightmare from the beginning to the end. I am just happy that my moving ended and I can start my new life in a better place and not to deal with UHaul company any more.
Do not believe their advertising about $20 in town. I rented a truck for a day and moved from the Rutland area in Kelowna to the mission district which is just on the other side of town. When I return the truck they charged me $150. The last time I used U-Haul I moved from Seattle to Kelowna and it was far cheaper than what it cost me to move from Rutland to mission in Kelowna. Avoid this place like the plague.
