Uhaul an Enterprise , is one of those locations that makes you wish you never had to deal with U-Haul. Rude management, unorganized, unhelpful. I reserved a van and 12 boxes two weeks in advance. Pick up was at 3pm. By 4pm they still couldn’t find the reserved van or the boxes. They eventually found a van for me to rent … as I was pulling out of the driveway, the manager ran out saying the boxes had just been returned and I could take them. I agreed.
