If i could rate it zero, I would. I have never written a Google review, but this specific u-haul is the worst I've ever had to work with. Every time I call about my storage unit, ill call 3 times, being left on hold for half an hour EACH before I eventually give up. Because this uhaul not getting back to me, im about to lose all of my stuff in my storage unit. NOT TO MENTION THE WEBSITE IS SO GLITCHY AND WONT LET ME PAY!!
It’s easy to give a strong review when things go well. It’s meaningful to give a strong review when they don’t. U-Haul made a mistake with my reservation. It happens. But the way they acted swiftly and with such integrity to make sure I was set up with what I needed made the true difference, and hence this review. The team went above and beyond in more ways than one to help my family with our move, even closing things out with a personal call from the GM to ensure I was satisfied.
