Haphazard, confusion reigns supreme. Never an easy experience renting from them (twice). Their app sucks too.
Good size units for the price
I've used this same location a few times and this was my best experience. It was nice to see the same staff. Being able to keep the same staff shows it's a good place for them and ultimately have more experience to make the transaction seamless and easy for the customer.
Great experience with using a storage unit for temporary storage. Very large and well staffed and secured. Never been to any other storage facility that was this well staffed, secured and maintained.
