Rented a U-Haul for $20 plus distance. Had the vehicle for about 1.5 hours and drove 12 km, but was charged for 43 km and told I had it for four hours. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to correct the charges because I didn’t take a photo of the odometer and therefore “had no proof.” Live and learn, I guess - but being charged double wasn't what I signed up for.
Everything worked as expected. Access was easy, the facility was clean, and I had no problems during my rental. A solid, hassle-free storage experience.
Relocated from Storage on Ellis when they increased their prices. U-Haul storage is better and cheaper.
Super fast and friendly service this morning. Joeda was great, went over all my rental options and got me on my way with a smile.
