Spoke with Anna on the phone To pick up my one out of two trailer loading to Vancouver. Anna was incredible and very helpful with communication and got me booked in right away and reserved. Very easy to communicate with highly suggest.

Everyone was super friendly, everything was well organized. I was quite impressed.
Not necessarily this location… U-Haul in general. Made a reservation for a toy hauler to pick up a vehicle. However even though the email confirmation says “Reservation”, it doesn’t mean what you’ve given them your credit card for actually exists.
