OUTSTANDING customer service. Clean location and the gentleman that assisted us was very responsive. In and out in less than ten minutes.
Great experience as I did a last minute change to my pickup day/time and they were able to accommodate and gave me a new truck for a cross country trip. Very clean facility as well. Easy access and parking.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. I reserved a 15' truck three days in advance at the Ed Carey Dr. location, only to be told by an employee named Marcus that I had to go to a different 3rd-party location because they supposedly didn't have my truck. When I arrived at the second location, there was no one there to give me the keys. I called the Ed Carey store back and spoke to the manager, Joseph, who was extremely rude. Marcus deserves a raise! I dropped off my van and didn't realize that I had left the clicker to enter my gated community until after I had already returned the key to the drop box. It was 9pm and the office was closed. I called customer service, and Marcus showed up within 10 minutes and helped me get it back! I cannot thank him enough for being so kind!
