I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. I reserved a 15' truck three days in advance at the Ed Carey Dr. location, only to be told by an employee named Marcus that I had to go to a different 3rd-party location because they supposedly didn't have my truck. When I arrived at the second location, there was no one there to give me the keys. I called the Ed Carey store back and spoke to the manager, Joseph, who was extremely rude. Marcus deserves a raise! I dropped off my van and didn't realize that I had left the clicker to enter my gated community until after I had already returned the key to the drop box. It was 9pm and the office was closed. I called customer service, and Marcus showed up within 10 minutes and helped me get it back! I cannot thank him enough for being so kind!
Thank you Mary and team for the U-Boxes! Mary just picked up the 3 boxes that we had. So friendly and courteous with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm for a job well done. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.
