The five star review is primarily for the employee Tribecca at this specific location who helped us after we had been given the run around all morning by U-Haul. She was amazing at making sure we were taken care of after going through everything all morning. Truly amazing support from her and very thankful.
Rental wasn't set up correctly couldn't pickup truck
The lady was wonderful and great customer service!
Manager Dominick is absolutely the worst. She barely works, has a very bad attitude and I will never return. I use uhaul All the time but this woman left a bad taste in my mouth. She must have gotten that position because she’s related to someone, she is not manager material.
