I was able to book in advance. Arrived right at my scheduled time. Waited less than 5 minutes and was in and out in another 5 minutes. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant and efficient. The return was just as easy. The young man who took my keys, checked the truck, mileage, and gas gauge, and had me off to the races in no time. He was also professional and polite.
