Their head office automatically charges accounts late fees despite it being charged effectively and I have the same issue every month. Manager at the branch cannot resolve and just advises it’s an issue with corporate. Ongoing consistently with no recourse.
Have no problem ever getting uhaul truck when I need prices are not to bad either.
Friendly and helpful staff on both collection and return.
